Ticket replies are available only in English; however we will do our best to translate incoming queries in multiple languages.
This system is for Age of Empires III and the corresponding AOEIII ESO service only. Please visit www.ageofempiresonline.com for any questions related to Age of Empires Online. Other products in the Age of Empires Franchise are not supported, such as Age of Empires 1 & 2, as well as Age of Mythology.

Account Recovery & Ban Inquiries:
Use the ESO account tools from the homepage (www.eso.com) to reset passwords, or change an associated email address. For additional or other assistance, the Product ID (PID) is essential to investigating your ESO account. To find it, start Age of Empires III without any expansions; go to "Help and Tools" and "About". The PID is listed in the bottom of the screen that appears.
Connections to ESO require legitimate game licenses.
Please specify which version of product when requesting installation assistance. Denote "Retail" for boxed products, Games for Windows, Impulse, or Steam for the respective digital distribution service.

Include player names, and detailed reports of incidents. Attachments can be added via the email autoreply after tickets are submitted. Verbal or 'gentlemen' agreements such as "NR" are not subject to abuse reports.
