aoe3hAOE3 Heaven Forum Party

There's a special twist on the AOE3 Heaven Forum Party this weekend, it's going to feature custom multiplayer scenarios! Not only that, but Moshe Levi is going to be giving away a trio of great RTS games in a drawing. The forum party weekend will be taking place on March 29 and 30. "Oscar Santos from our community team tells me that the patch is getting very close to shipping. We are waiting for the localized versions (international languages) to be tested and for our counterparts in Redmond to sign off on the work."

Age of Empires III: The Asian DynastiesIl testing della patch di Asian Dynasties nelle fasi finali

Innanzitutto, un ringraziamento al gruppo di giocatori ES8 per aver testato e commentato le modifiche. Grazie a loro la patch sarà sicuramente migliore.

La prima patch di Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties è nella fase finale del testing e sarà disponibile entro un paio di settimane. La patch è incentrata esclusivamente sulle modifiche per i problemi di bilanciamento dell'ultima espansione e non avrà alcuna influenza su Age III o su The WarChiefs.

Probabilmente i giocatori di vecchia data di Age of Empires riconosceranno il nome di Gordon Farrel grazie alle campagne e agli scenari per giocatore singolo da lui ideati per Age II, molti dei quali si possono ancora scaricare da Age of Kings Heaven. Gordon continua a creare scenari per giochi come Empire Earth, e recentemente ha dato vita a un blog in cui si discute la progettazione dei giochi per giocatore singolo. Nell'ultimo post del blog di Bruce Shelley, designer di Ensemble Studios, potete trovare un aggiornamento della patch di Asian Dynasties e un triste addio a Greg "DeathShrimp" Street, che ha lasciato Ensemble Studios. Molti si ricorderanno i suoi commenti nei forum e il suo grande impegno negli anni passati. Auguriamo tanta fortuna a Greg, ci mancherai:
