Congratulations to all the hard working people who made this happen for our Mac fans out there. The team at MacSoft recently announced that the game has gone gold and will be available very soon!

Klicken Sie auf "Hilfe und Tools" und dann auf "Spiel aktualisieren", um die aktuelle Version herunterzuladen. Dieser Patch enthält zahlreiche Änderungen der Spielbalance und Bugfixes.

Wenn Sie Mods für Age of Empires III installiert haben, sollten Sie diese vor der Installation neuer Patches deinstallieren.

Patch 1.01 for The WarChiefs is currently in final testing and will be available soon. The patch mainly addresses balance issues and a few exploits that players have found. Here is a complete list of what the patch will address:

FEHLERBEHEBUNG BEIM CLIENT

  • Bonus der Karte "Agenten" von +200 % Lebenspunkte auf +50 % verringert.
  • Die 8 Spion-Heimatstadtkarten für die Briten und Portugiesen wurden aus dem zweiten ins dritte Zeitalter verschoben. Wenn eine solche Karte in Ihrem Kartendeck enthalten ist, wird sie auch dort in das dritte Zeitalter verschoben.
  • Karten, die Holzkosten von Gebäuden verringern, verursachen keine Baukosten von Null bzw. negativen Baukosten mehr.
  • Wallensteins Verträge haben nun Einfluss auf die neuen Söldnereinheiten aus The WarChiefs.
  • Heimatstadt-Schiffsladungen aus der Produktionsschleife werden nun während der Revolution ordnungsgemäß entfernt.
  • Die Karten zur Tiermästung des britischen Teams funktionieren jetzt wie beschrieben.
  • Der Fernangriff von Langbogenschützen wurde um 2 und der Nahkampfangriff um 1 verringert.
  • Es wurde ein möglicher Exploit bei Schiffsladungen von Teamkarten behoben.
  • Bei mehreren neuen Karten wurde ein Fehler behoben, aufgrund dessen diese keine Schiffsladungskosten hatten.

FEHLERBEHEBUNG FÜR NETZWERK UND ESO

  • Es wurde ein Fehler beim Upload der Statistik behoben.
  • Es wurde ein Fehler behoben, der dazu führte, dass einige Benutzer im Dialogfeld "Verbindung mit ESO wird hergestellt" stecken geblieben sind.
  • Es wurden Darstellungsfehler im Fenster "Statistik" behoben.

blogBlog Update And Farewell Matty

Bruce Shelley has updated his blog, once again sharing some of the latest happenings here at Ensemble Studios. Some of you probably know or have heard of Matt Scadding, better known as "maimin_matty" to most old time Age players. Matty and his family recently made the decision to move back to Canada, leaving Ensemble Studios. I think Bruce summed things up very well, Matty was a great guy to work with and we wish him the absolute best.
